Vibrant Arena is not just a place for great concerts and sporting events. We also offer a spacious Conference Center perfect for your special day!
Our newly renovated Conference Center rooms are available for engagement parties, bridal showers, ceremonies, and receptions. Our Conference Center features 9,290 square feet of event space that sits up to 500 people banquet style with a complimentary dance floor, customizable uplighting, all tables and chairs, and the setup and cleanup of your event included in the rental fee. In addition, our outdoor ceremony terrace can accommodate up to 300 people for a private ceremony along the banks of the river featuring picturesque views of the Mississippi.
Our in-house catering courtesy of Levy Restaurants paired with impeccable service from our staff will make for the most memorable wedding day at Vibrant Arena!
We are located next to the Wyndham Moline on John Deere Commons (formerly Radisson) and the Element Moline hotels, making room night accommodations favorable and easily accessible for your friends, family, and wedding party.

All tables and chairs, setup/teardown, dancefloor, and white or black table linens when catering is purchased. Room rental fee is determined on catering purchases before tax and service fees.

Yes! Levy Restaurants is the on-site caterer of the TaxSlayer Center.
All catering is provided by Levy Restaurants; however, clients may bring in their own cakes, cookies, and party favors!
Levy is happy to customize a special menu for your group and budget. Private tastings are available for a small fee upon request.

In case of an arena event, spaces are reserved in our main parking lot for conference center guests. Parking passes will be distributed with invitations, upon request. An usher and/or security guard is staffed near the escalator by the conference center lobby so only your guests are allowed access beyond that point. Private bathrooms will be available for your guests only. When doors are closed and an event is taking place, minimal (if any) sound can be heard from the arena.

If there is inclement weather, your ceremony will be moved to our main lobby (if no arena event) or conference center. If the location is in the conference center, your guests will sit at the banquet tables and the wedding party will stand on either the head table risers or dancefloor for the duration of the ceremony.
