Once we confirm your date is available we will plan to meet either in person or via FaceTime where I can get to know a little more about your love story. We will go through how I work to capture your special day - from timeline planning to a personalized shot list. From there we will go over the contract to discuss any questions. In order to reserve your date the contract must be signed and non-refundable retainer fee (25% of full session fee) paid. The retainer fee will then be deducted from the total cost.

Three of my wedding packages come with a second shooter. I personally love having a second at weddings. It is always great to have multiple sets of eyes behind a camera capturing from different angles. Every photographer is unique and creative so why not have double the creativity on your wedding day!

There is a travel fee for any location over 30 minutes from Charlotte, IA unless otherwise agreed upon. Travel fees are covered in the contract meeting.

Sessions can be extended day of if there is room within the photographers schedule - but they are not guaranteed. If you wish to extend a session 48 hour notice is preferred and payment for extended time will be due at time of service.

I have a template for all wedding clients that includes bridal party names, how to fill in timeline with times and details, family shot lists, and participating vendors. When the booking process is complete I will send your wedding template to use in planning. Around 30 days before your wedding date we will touch base to finish the timeline portion of the template.
