We designed 4500 so you can be in control of every aspect of your own event.
What makes us different?
. We do not have forced catering. You can choose any caterer or bring in your own food.
. We do not have an in house bar that you have to use. There are several mobile bars in the area to choose from. Pick who you like.
. We do not make you use a specific layout. We can work with you on your vision or we'd be happy to work with your outside event planner.
. You don't have to hire a DJ. You can hire a DJ or Play your own playlist on the speakers we provide.
. You don't always have to rent tablecloths and chair covers. All full day events come with either white or black tablecloths and chair covers.
. We have up front pricing. Pricing is based on the day and if you are doing a partial day (4 hours or less) or a full day.

Absolutely not! We want you to be in total control of your event . You can hire any licensed caterer, food truck, or food vendor. You can even bring in your own food and we'll provide the electric warming chafers for your buffet.

Half or partial day is anything 4 hours or less.
Full day means anything between 10am and 11pm. (Early morning access is available upon request.)
